ABOUT AUSTIN

Austin was born and raised in Harrisonburg, Virginia. He graduated from James Madison University, where he met his wife, Jessi, through his involvement with RUF. After a short stint working with RUF International in Atlanta, the Slaters moved to Orlando to study at Reformed Theological Seminary. Austin and Jessi have two kids, Brooks and Evelyn. If given a free day, you'd likely find Austin spending time with his family, playing sports, exploring local ethnic restaurants, or yelling at a TV screen as his favorite sports teams disappoint him yet again.
