Robert was born and raised in Huntsville, AL. He went to Auburn and is a huge Auburn fan. He enjoys watching and talking about all sports but loves to play golf. He met his wife Kayla while they were both on youth staff at Southwood Presbyterian Church in Huntsville, AL. Kayla grew up in South Carolina and graduated from USC. They adopted their son Xander in 2017.

The Stanfields are new to CO Springs having moved from the Nashville area after Robert sold his business. Robert and Kayla are working towards graduate degrees at Covenant Theological Seminary. They both started following Jesus in college and love sharing the hope they have found in Jesus with college students! They would love to have you in their home and if you're lucky Robert may fire up the smoker and make you some good southern BBQ!
