Richie was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. He is married to Laura. They have three children - Mamie, Griffin and Margaret. He is a graduate of Belmont University and Reformed Theological Seminary. He has served churches in Mississippi and Tennessee. He was the RUF Campus Minister at Vanderbilt University (2015-2022). He is currently the RUF Area Coordinator for the South-Central region.
