Payton is from Franklin, Tennessee, and is the second oldest of four kids whose parents met working at a PCA church. She went to the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and graduated with a degree in religion in 2026. RUF was a huge part of her college experience: through her time there, the Lord worked in countless ways to grow and shape her. She learned far more from the RUF community than she did through the academic aspect of college!

Payton loves photography, live music, doing anything outdoors, and spending time with friends and family. She is ecstatic to witness how God moves in Seattle and in UW RUF!
