Peter grew up in Lexington, VA and attended college at Randolph-Macon College where he led Young-Life and played on the golf team for 4 years. In Charlotte, he met his wife, Sam, and attended Reformed Theological Seminary. For 4 years, Peter served as Campus Ministry Assistant with RUF at Clemson University where they welcomed their daughter, Harper, into the world. The Shaners are excited to get to know and love students at Marquette University and introduce them to the love of Jesus.
