about LAUREN

Being raised in a military family, Lauren Webb grew up moving 14 times between three countries. She has somehow settled in Hawai'i where she earned her undergraduate degree in Communications and Sustainability from Hawaii Pacific University. It was here she began to attend RUF and immediately found what she wasn't looking for, but ultimately needed: a place to seek Jesus intellectually, not just emotionally. Though the idea of being "settled" frightens her, she's grateful to have a community and church family for the first time in her life, and is thrilled to be able to share that with her students. You can often find Lauren in the ocean, with her friends, or laughing at her own jokes.
