Eliza Mazzaferro

Eliza is from Jackson, Mississippi, and she graduated from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) with a major in psychology and a minor in Spanish. After this internship, she hopes to pursue a master’s degree in psychology, specifically in counseling. Eliza first got involved with RUF during her junior year of college and served on both the servant and ministry teams.

Some of Eliza's favorite things include going on walks with friends, grabbing coffee, driving with good music, and just being outside. Her love for the outdoors and mountains grew after spending a few summers in college in Buena Vista, Colorado, working for Noah’s Ark Whitewater Rafting Company. Eliza also loves meeting new people, exploring new places, and stepping outside her comfort zone. Knoxville feels like the perfect blend of mountain town mixed with SEC college football, and she can't wait to be there!
