Danny grew up in Columbia, SC, a criminally underrated city. He stayed in Columbia and went to the University of South Carolina where got his degree in History. Afterward, Danny worked as an RUF Intern at Appalachian State University. He served there three years, during which time he got married to his wife, Carissa, and adopted his dog, Grizz. Danny loves sports (unfortunately, given his alma mater's lack of success), movies, watching TV shows, and most things that involve spending time with his wife, friends, and dog. He's excited to continue working with RUF as he pursues his MDIV at Covenant Seminary in St. Louis as a ministry fellow. Danny loved his time as an intern, and knows that it can be challenging in addition to all of its blessings. He's excited to care for interns who are in the midst of ministry at their respective campuses.
