about caroline

Caroline is originally from the north shore of Chicago. After graduating high school in 2021, she and her family moved to Chattanooga, TN. Even though she is not a Tennessee native, Caroline very much considers Chattanooga to be her home while still owning her northern roots. Caroline is the eldest daughter of Jacque and Jim Nygaard. Her younger brother, William, will be a junior at Auburn University, and her younger sister, Cat, will be a senior in high school. Caroline has two labradoodles, Whip and Crema, whom she loves and adores. She attended and graduated from Ole Miss in Oxford, MS, in May of 2026.

Caroline loves to hike, ski, cook, attend concerts and music festivals, read, drink coffee, and be in community with people. She enjoys using her creativity to paint, draw, collage, design, and scrapbook. Spending time in the sunshine, especially at the beach or poolside, is her favorite place to be.
