Will grew up in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and graduated from the University of Tennessee. After college, he spent eight years living and teaching in South Korea, where he met his wife, JungMi. They married in 2011 and later moved to St. Louis, where Will attended Covenant Theological Seminary. Since 2020, Will has served as the RUF campus minister at Austin Peay State University.

Will and JungMi have three children and love opening their home to students and sharing life together with the RUF community. Will especially enjoys walking alongside students as they ask hard questions, grow in faith, and learn to follow Jesus in the midst of college life. Outside of ministry, Will enjoys running, spending time with family and friends, and finding good food to share with others. They are grateful to call Clarksville home and consider it a joy to be part of what God is doing at Austin Peay.
