ABOUT colin

Colin grew up in Texas before attending Vanderbilt University, where he met both his future wife, Mary, and his favorite ministry, RUF. He worked as an engineer before following a call to ministry. After completing an MDiv at Covenant Theological Seminary, he served as the RUF Campus Minister at Mercer University for 7 years. With a move back home to Dallas, he spent 15 years on the staff of a local church as both Associate and Senior Pastor. In 2022, Colin happily accepted a call to return to RUF as the Southwest Area Coordinator.

The Peters have 3 grown kids, Carson, Ansley, and William, all of whom have contributed their musical talents to RUF on their various campuses. In his spare time, you'll find Colin with his hands in the garden, walking the dog, or traveling with Mary to visit their kids.
